What is the Costa Vacanze Card Club?
The Costa Vacanze Card Club
It is a fidelity card issued on arrival at the hotel to all those who spend a stay of at least 4 days in one of our hotels.
From next summer 2024, the Costa Vacanze Card Club becomes virtual. To get it, simply download our Costa Vacanze App.
Benefits for new customers who download our Costa Vacanze App and get the virtual Costa Vacanze Card Club:
- For a minimum stay of 7 nights, receive a welcome credit of €30.00 to spend on extra drinks at the hotel bar during your first stay (a credit of €30.00 per room will be given, even if the app is downloaded by several people occupying the same room)
- Obtaining, for a subsequent stay, a credit recharge equal to 3% the amount of the holiday just spent to be spent during your next stay, either at the hotel bar or in the restaurant, consuming any non-alcoholic drinks, selected DOC wines, beers, other spirits and coffee not included in our All Inclusive packages
- Obtaining one 2% discount on future bookings for minimum stays of 7 nights
- At any time, view your creditthe consumptions made, the remaining credit or the credit accrued or one's own debt
- Always be up-to-date on events, activities, news of your hotel during your stay
The advantages for those in possession of the Costa Vacanze Card Club and can be used from a second stay:
- Having a credit recharge equal to 3% the amount of the holiday just spent to be spent during a subsequent stay, either at the hotel bar or in the restaurant, consuming any non-alcoholic drinks, selected DOC wines, beers, other spirits and coffee not included in our All Inclusive packages
- Booking at any time, receive a discount of 2% on minimum stays of 7 nights
- At any time, view your creditthe consumptions made, the remaining credit or the credit accrued or one's own debt
- Always be up-to-date on events, activities, news of your hotel during your stay
If you are already a Costa Vacanze Hotels Club customer and have a printed Costa Vacanze Card Club, please contact us to receive the credentials to access our Costa Vacanze App and get the virtual Costa Vacanze Card Club. In this way, you will see directly on the app the credit accrued that you can spend on extra drinks at the hotel bar during your stay.
What is the Costa Vacanze Card Platinum?
Costa Vacanze Card Platinum
It is a fidelity card reserved for all our guests who have spent at least one day of their holiday in our hotels every year for more than five consecutive years
The advantages to be a Costa Vacanze Card Platinum holder:
- Having a credit recharge equal to 3% the amount of the holiday just spent to be spent during a subsequent stay, either at the hotel bar or in the restaurant, consuming any non-alcoholic drinks, selected DOC wines, beers, other spirits and spirits and coffee not included in our All Inclusive packages
- Booking at any time, receive either a discount of 20% on full daily list prices also for one-day stays or book our advantageous packages weekly even after their expiry on 31.03.2024. Any additional bonuses provided on weekly packages for early bookings may be combined either with the 20% discount or with the weekly packages themselves (the 20% discount cannot be applied to prices valid in autumn, winter and spring and to prices applied on the occasion of bridges and various holidays)
- Receive an additional discount of 3% on the total stay (promotion valid for minimum stays of 7 nights)
- Possibility of use the credit for pay part of your holiday! When paying the balance of your stay, if there is sufficient credit on your card, you can use it to pay up to a maximum of 2% of your total stay (advantage available by booking at any time and staying for a minimum of 7 days)
- For our loyal guests, maximum availability, trust and flexibility: full refund of deposit paid in case you cancel your reservation up to 8 days before arrival; refund of 50% of the amount of the deposit paid in case you cancel your reservation 7 to 0 days before arrival
